I've given up on this exercise routine:
I did it for most of last week and I noticed that my knees started to become quite sore. I looked it up online to see what other people were saying and my suspicions were confirmed. If you've got bad knees, then this workout is not for you. There's a lot of bouncing and I don't like wearing out my knees.
I'm picking up my pilates again for the time being until I find something new to distract me.
