Dustin, it's her newish CD coming out later this month. It's The Fame repackaged (kinda like Rihanna's Good Girl Gone Bad Reloaded) except there's like 8 new songs so it's basically a brand new album almost!!!
I'm going too! I don't know what The Fame Monster is though. Time to google :P
