Tom Ford's directorial debut is beautiful and stylish. Based on Christopher Isherwood's story of a gay man struggling to deal with the death of his lover, the film is gorgeous to look at, in terms of set, costuming, and even the actors. Colin Firth has never looked better, and Julianne Moore, though she's only in about 2 scenes, is downright fabulous!!!
