Look! It's Halle Berry rolling around the streets of East Hastings in Vancouver. If you know Vancouver, you'll know that East Hastings is NOT where you want to be rolling around. I hope she didn't roll over any stray needles that may be laying about. I remember when she was in town filming this movie and how it was a big deal that she was barefoot on East Hastings, not to mention with her breasts hanging out.
The movie is based on a true story, and tells the tale of a woman named Frankie who has disassociate personality disorder. I don't know how realistic the portrayal is, but it was a good movie and has interesting layers that get revealed as you watch. I wasn't itching to see this film, but that could be due to the lack of hype. She did get a Golden Globe nomination for this, but I don't think she's been campaigning hard enough to get a mention at the Oscars. We'll see, I guess.
