Sometimes I feel like Rapunzel trapped in a tower because of her mother, waiting for that prince to come and rescue her so her life can begin.
I watched Disney's take on this classic fairy tale and it was rather good! From the songs to the humour to the touching story of a young woman trying to get out from under her (evil step)mother's rule.
I swooned for the swashbuckling prince/thief who stumbles into Rapunzel's tower and opens her up to a whole new world. The only differences between me and Rapunzel is that I don't have a long mane of flowing blonde hair and the tower I'm locked in may be because of my obligations to my mother, but it's also because of my own choosing.
See It!
